You can become a member in two ways:Fill out the form below and then you can proceed with the online payment.Contact us at info@paidikeskardies.gr to receive the MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION. Then deposit the amount of €10 into one of the following bank accounts, stating (Name, Address, Telephone and the word SUBSCRIPTION) In any case, a payment receipt will be sent to the address you provide us.

The annual subscription is €10. Registration takes two minutes online.

Who can become a member?

Everyone can become a member. You don’t need to have personal experience with congenital heart disease.
